How long does it take to process my order?

Processing time is anywhere from 1-3 business days depending on the day your oder is placed.

How do pre-orders work?

In some cases, some of our products will be available for pre-order. If you decide to place a pre-order, you pay 10% now and will be charged the remaining amount when your order is shipped. Estimated delivery times vary. If you need to cancel or change your pre-order before it is shipped, email us at info@journeytojoy.com.

Is there a retun policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
